- Products & pricing: We aim to display products and prices accurately. Prices are in AUD and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to correct errors and update prices and product information at any time.
- Orders: Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline an order, and will refund you in full if we can't fulfil it.
- Your rights: Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any guarantee, right, or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Pre-orders
Some products are sold on pre-order before stock arrives. The estimated ship date is shown on the product page and at checkout. Estimated dates can change because of production or shipping delays. If your order is going to be delayed, we’ll email you with an updated date. If you’d prefer not to wait, contact us before your order ships and we’ll cancel it with a full refund. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
